HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION?


To register for the two-day conference please visit or registration page online and choose the correct option (individual pass/ group booking/ site visit). You can also register on the day but we would strongly encourage you to do so before to make sure that seats are still available.

HOW CAN I ORGANISE MU BUSINESS MEETINGS IN ADVANCE?


This year, DRC Mining Week will be introducing a matchmaking platform allowing you to plan and organise your meetings in advance. You will have access to the full attendee list prior to the event and be able to send meeting requests at your booth or at one of our meeting tables. WHERE CAN I ACCESS THE CONFERENCE/EVENT PROGRAMME?

As previous years, the DRC Mining Week conference will receive the support from expert speakers across the mining value chain who will be sharing their experience, expertise and vision for the future of the industry. Your conference pass gives you access to:
•    All the sessions of the two-day conference
•    Matchmaking platform and personalised login to organise all your meetings in advance
•    All refreshments and lunches during the course of the event.

HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM DURING THE CONFERENCE?


There are numerous hotels available at Lubumbashi. However the hotels offer special rates to all exhibitors and delegates. We advise to proceed to your booking as soon as possible to secure an accommodation and benefit from this preferred rate.

DO I NEED A VISA?


Requirements for visitors' visas differ from country to country and each application is treated as an individual case. Please make enquiries with your nearest mission or consulate to see if you need to apply for a visa. In order to acquire a visa invitation letter please make sure you are registered and, if required, have paid for your registration.
